Test Procedure
Collect a serum, plasma, or whole blood sample.
Step 1Add 10 µL of serum/plasma or 20 µL of whole blood to the sample well 'S'.
Step 2Add 2 drops (~80 µL) of buffer to the sample well 'S'.
Step 3Check your result after 15 minutes. Do not read the results after 20 minutes.
